What is it, exactly, that you do?

What is the benefit of using Twin Cities Home Buyers versus a realtor?
Realtors usually represent homeowners who want the property completely fixed up, requiring the homeowners to spend thousands of dollars. Also, they typically don’t have buyers until a lengthy “listing” process that may require months. We will give you an offer right away and will not require repairs.
How much do you charge for your services?
We don’t charge any fees whatsoever. As a matter of fact, we pay your normal closing costs as a part of our service.
